You may:

• Use the platform for your own club membership, attendance, fees and orders.
• View and download your own records and receipts.
• Share the public landing page and official club announcements.

You may not, without prior written permission from ELEVATE Club:

• Reproduce, republish, distribute or resell any content, branding or materials from this platform.
• Share, export or publish member data — including names, emails, matric numbers, phone numbers or photographs — outside authorised club use.
• Use the ELEVATE name, logo or seal to represent an unaffiliated activity.
• Copy the design, structure or code of this system for another organisation.

Member information collected here is used solely to administer club membership, attendance, events, fees and merchandise orders. Access to full member records is limited to authorised club officials.

Screenshots, exports and printed copies of member records remain confidential. Anyone who redistributes them is responsible for that disclosure.

To request correction or deletion of your record, contact the club administrators through the in-app Support page.
